Time is of the Essence

Time is a very important factor to our scheduling system. In order for us to keep wait time at a minimum and offer the best possible service for all of our clients, it is crucial that you arrive on time. We enforce a strict 15 minute grace period. Thereafter, we cannot guarantee services from your appointed stylist. Services may be rendered by the first available stylist, or you may reschedule. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.

Cancellation and "No Show" Policy

All clients must cancel within 24 hours of their appointment time. A $10.00 fee will be applied to your next scheduled visit if you fail to cancel within the allotted time. Please be considerate of us and others by canceling your appointment in the proper time.

Children's Policy

To ensure a relaxing, stress-free environment for all clients, we do not allow children under the age of twelve during business hours unless being served. No exceptions!! We do not provide chemical services to children under the age of four.
